Retainer Plans (Starter, Essential, Pro, Growth, and Connect) are preferred via Bank Transfer or Standing Order / Direct Debit.


  • Plans are billed monthly in advance.


  • Payment due by the date stated on your invoice.


  • Services may be paused or suspended if payment is late.


  • It is the client’s responsibility to set up and manage Standing Orders.


  • Direct Debits (if offered) will be processed through an approved provider.

We accept either:


  • Bank Transfer, or


  • Secure Stripe Payment via our payment page.


Payment must be completed before work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Clients must use the correct payment reference.


  • BAKOFYS LTD is not liable for delays due to incorrect payment details.


  • A payment confirmation will be sent via email once received.

  • Retainer Plan payments are non-refundable once the billing month has started.


  • Cancellation requires 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.


  • No refunds for partially used months or completed services.


  • Refund policies for one-off services will be agreed upon individually.
